Equity Direct Mortgage Corp (EDMC) is currently licensed to originate home loans in the following states. Should your state not be on this list fear not, we are adding more states all the time. Please feel free to check back often as we will update this list as we expand into new areas and remember, if your state is not listed don’t hesitate to e-mail us your questions or ask us when we’ll be coming to your state.
